We are a Venture Studio that validates, builds, and launches scalable business ventures designed for Sudan’s real economy. We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and field-oriented Venture Co-Builder & Operations Coordinator to lead our local execution in Khartoum and Gedaref.

In this role, you will be the primary driver of all on-the-ground market validation. While the Venture Studio Lead focuses on overall business strategy, financial modeling, and investor engagement, you will own the local execution: leading customer discovery, gathering market data, conducting field analysis, and coordinating local partnerships.

The Finance Manager is responsible for ensuring the financial functionality of the One Stop Shop, including offline and online transactions. The role manages financial transactions, documentation accuracy, asset management, and coordination with central finance while maintaining audit-ready records at all times. Further, they are responsible for a tailored procurement & finance policy and practice for the OSS unit. In parallel, the position provides structured consultations in the domain of finance and channeling clients to specialized experts from other domains. The specialist operates both physically in the center and through the platform, following up on progress and encouraging service utilization. The officer supports the State Managers and OSS Director by providing financial visibility and ensuring daily operational discipline across all center activities.

Location: Sudan - Kassala

The Business Analyst is the single point of contact for the assigned OSS clients from first meeting through an ongoing advisory relationship. The role both runs front-line intake needs assessments, business clinics, structured consultations, and referrals , while managing an assigned portfolio of clients and coordinating their business support journey through OSS., producing the business documents and resources (service standards, KPI packs, diagnostic inputs, templates) that formalize and sustain that advisory relationship. The role combines front-line business advisory with structured analysis, portfolio management, and coordination of client support.
