Prepares financial reports and accounting statements & ensures that financial reports comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards. Posts journal entries to general ledger & keep proper records for all supporting documents. Assists external auditors and provides required statements and information for the annual audit. Processes payroll and prepares payroll reports. Maintains a documented system of accounting policies and procedures. Administer bank accounts & prepare bank reconciliation on monthly basis & manage petty cash. Allocates expenditures to correct accounts according to departmental procedures. Reviews budget reports and assists other departments to prepare annual budgets. Prepare different tax returns & submit payments to tax chamber. Manage incubates funds. Process expense claims, make sure of all required documents presented Performs other related duties as assigned

Provide business, financial and investment analysis to new applications of start-ups joining programs or seeking investments. Business development support to start-ups under supervision and being like their shadow co-founder. Planning, managing and proactively monitoring start-ups progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action. Initiating extra activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in the program are identified or issues arise. Managing communications with all stakeholders and Represent 249Startups in local & international community, both actively and passively Research a broad cross-section of innovation verticals, industries, startup activity and trends within those areas of interest Source and consolidate information for portfolio and industry reports that address areas of interest for innovation leaders Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
