Each service has a fixed price, you can see it when you book the service and again, before you confirm the  purchase. You are required to pay the invoice amount we share with you to our Bank of Khartoum account. It will help us if you state the invoice number in the booking itself or you send us a screenshot of the transaction.

When you book a service, you will provide your expectations and details for the service through a form. Your consultant will receive this information right away. After that, your consultant will connect you via phone & email  

For advanced consultancy services, which offer more in-depth strategic advice, our rate is 91,000 SDG per session. We offer 30% discount on these services during July 2025. If you wanna benefit from that, register and get one of our limited seats.

Payments are made to our Bank of Khartoum account, via bank transfer or BANKAK.

Yes, you pay upfront. In case the consultation booking is shortly after you booked the service and you can only go to the bank the next day, we will grant you that trust to receive payment after the service delivery.

We have a rigorous selection and screening process for our consultants. Additionally, we regularly monitor performance, collect client feedback, and conduct internal reviews to ensure high-quality service.  

We understand that plans can change. You can reschedule your consultation once for free. Contact us via this form or if you already spoke to your expert, call them and reschedule the consultation.
